Seriennummer: 546515Manufactured circa late 1930s with crown over "U" proof. Finished in blue with half moon front sight, drift adjustable rear, and checkered walnut wraparound grips. Slide serial number followed by a punch dot, unknown to this cataloger but likely an indication of repair or rework. A Kriegsmarine property eagle over "M" marking present on the left side of the frame. Front strap is stamped with a "N / 2081" North See Fleet property marking. Magazine is also marked with a nonmatching North See property marking and "X" stamp. Externally visible serial numbers are otherwise visible. CONDITION: Fair/Good. Pistol retains the vast majority of its arsenal blue with high edgewear and thinning, especially a the front of the slide and on the grip strap. Right side of the grip is split lengthwise. Left shows some wear and staining. Crisp well defined bore with firing residue in the grooves. Fine mechanics.
